Join fellow members at the CTA 63rd Annual Membership Conference, January 20-23, 2017 at the Monterey Plaza Hotel in the beautiful coastal town of Monterey.

In addition to our top notch line up of speakers and panelists, join us at the General Session Lunch of Saturday, January 21 for a presentation on leadership by Dr. Steven Swafford titled Leadership Lessons from Music Festivals to Subway Stairs. Dr. Swafford asks: What leadership behavior can we observe from a favorite music festival or walking up the subway or metro stairs? This fast-paced session will investigate these leadership behaviors and how they emerge when we least expect it. After the session, four popular leadership myths will be busted and the four essential characteristics of strengths-based leadership explored.

Steve Swafford, Ed.D., IOM, Balance Warrior + CEO has worked more than 30 years for and with non-profit and education-focused organizations in areas of strategy, leadership development, communication, membership and executive management.
