Newly Appointed Pres. & CEO of ATA, to Address Attendees at AMC

ATA Senior Vice President of Legislative Affairs, Chris Spear, succeeded Bill Graves as the federation's next President and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 9, 2016. He succeeds Bill Graves, who retired after more than 13 years with ATA.
