Kern Unit Truck Driver Appreciation Day
The Kern Unit will be hosting their Truck Driver Appreciation Day on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the Grapevine Enforcement Facility. 
 
Come enjoy the day with us as we recognize the efforts of the professional truck driver.  There will be free food and refreshments, driver safety and industry information, and displays and presentations by members of the commercial industry and law enforcement. Kern Unit Clays Shoot
Save the date for October 7, 2016. The Sporting Clays Shoot will be at the Kern County Gun Club: 12450 Shotgun Road, Bakersfield, CA 93311. Proceeds will benefit disabled and disadvantaged children, disabled veterans and other persons and groups in need throughout Kern County.
 
This year's Kern Unit Clays Shoot will be the best ever! We have over $6,000.00 in a drawing for prizes, which include guns, gun safe, Santa Maria BBQ, and much more.
