Heavy Duty Inspection & Maintenance Regulation Public Hearing

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) recently announced the Board will hold a public hearing to approve the proposed Heavy-Duty Inspection and Maintenance (HD I/M) Regulation. The meeting will be held on December 9, 2021 at 9 AM.

 

CARB recently released their Initial Statement of Reasons (ISOR) that triggers an official rulemaking process. A public comment period will be opened from October 15 to November 29, 2021. CTA staff is currently reviewing the ISOR and will submit comments to the Board. CTA highly encourages our members to review the ISOR as staff is in the process of compiling feedback from our members to inform our regulatory comments.
