NASSTRAC's newest webinar series, "Breaking Down the Silos," will focus on the problems created when companies operate within a silo mentality … each department focusing and optimizing their own silo rather than working together to improve the entire supply chain.

The topic plays off recommendations from Perfect Storm panelists regarding the importance of becoming a Strategic Shipper and looking across the supply chain to improve practices and processes in order to reduce cost.

The main event of each webinar is
COMPLIMENTARY
and open to anyone.

The deep-dive discussion that follows each main event, the follow up, is limited to CSCMP and NASSTRAC members. It's also limited in terms of the total number of participants who can register to participate, so watch for communications and register early.

These follow up sessions will allow attendees the opportunity to speak directly with panelists, ask questions and offer observations on the best way to implement programs to break through the silos.

The series is comprised of four webinars. Register now for each main event to secure a seat. CSCMP and NASSTRAC members will receive separate communications with information on how to register for the “follow-up” events.
