Thank you Susie Bodnar, EDGE Chair, and, Director of Operations and Client Srategy at FourKites for this special message about EDGE 2019.

CSCMP’s EDGE is coined Supply Chain's Premier EventTM for a reason. As Conference Chair, I am looking forward to welcoming you to Anaheim and am proud to offer a sneak peek into what to look forward to.

What did we keep?

• Community focus – CSCMP is a work family. It's a strong network of supply chain industry professionals whose bond goes beyond business interests and professional commonalities. Mentorship, career sustainability, connections, being part of a community – all terms that describe CSCMP EDGE. To ensure you receive this value out of your EDGE experience, and based on your feedback, we made sure to allow for more networking time in Anaheim and shortened our sessions a bit.

What will be different?

• The CSCMP EDGE conference committee recognizes that different people view the world (and supply chain) differently. CSCMP strives to collaborate and encourage diversity, therefore, we built the 2019 EDGE conference program to ensure all opinions, ages, genders, cultures, accents and varying career maturities are equally represented. We're proud of the international presence we have at EDGE and excited to note we've seen a steady increase in female attendance year over year.

• We understand that supply chain is an ever-evolving industry and it's reflected in the EDGE education content. We’re bringing some amazing presentations to you in Anaheim, not only in regard to the education content, but the way we provide it, with in-demand topics and true conversations between supply chain professionals with real world experience.

• And last but not least – my favorite – the Tuesday Keynote Session discussing how millennial entrepreneurs are changing the supply chain world. This highly anticipated keynote panel titled “The Gig Economy and the Millennial’s Journey to Change the World” features panelists Seema Bansal of Venus ET Fleur, Chieh Huang of Boxed, and Eric Termuende of NoW Innovations who've each built very successful companies in a short time. To make it even more interesting, CSCMP held an online video contest among its members to select the moderator for this panel. Stay tuned to find out who the winner is! And be sure to be at the Tuesday Keynote Session, we’ll talk about this one for a long time.

Trust me, EDGE Anaheim is a conference you Don’t Want To Miss.
