Leslie Nulick has been a dedicated leader and volunteer in the pest management industry for over four decades. She and her husband launched Champion Pest Control in February 1981, and just a few years later, in 1984, Leslie became involved with the Central Valley District of the Pest Control Operators of California (PCOC).
Encouraged by industry icons like Corky Belt (Liberty Pest Control), Bob Dustin (Dustin Pest Control), and George Chester (Ampro Pest Control), Leslie soon brought her passion and leadership to the state level. Her first Board of Directors meeting? A historic one—when PCOC was hiring Harvey Logan.
Throughout the years, Leslie has served as Committee Chair for General Pest Control, Membership, and Fundraising for C.A.R.E.S., a cause especially close to her heart. She has contributed to numerous state-level committees and continues to be a driving force in her local Central Valley District, often juggling multiple roles at once.
Leslie’s enduring commitment, generosity, and leadership make her a true champion—not just in business, but for the entire pest management community.
