2012 Health Information Technology Survey Findings Webinar: Part II

How is Technology Changing the Practice of Care Management?

TCS Healthcare Technologies (TCS), the Case Management of Society of America (CMSA), and ABQAURP are hosting a two-part complimentary webinar that will highlight the major findings from the 2012 Health Information Technology Survey.

The first webinar was presented in early December; the second webinar is scheduled for February 5, 2013. Both webinars will showcase major findings of the new survey and review some key trend lines over the last six years.

The primary goal of the Survey is to better understand how various health IT applications are impacting the care management field. Similar surveys were conducted in 2008 and 2010. The webinar will report on some of the key survey findings, which cover a full range of issues, including:

• IT Infrastructure
• Caseloads
• Data Analytics/ROI
• Satisfaction and the Adoption Curve
