Case Management Foundation Awards ICM Program Training Sponsorships

The ICM Training Program, offered through CMSA, enables case managers from either medical or mental health backgrounds to better assist patients with barriers to improvement in any complexity domain by transitioning to a holistic assessment and assistance approach.
 
The Case Management Foundation recently announced a sponsorship opportunity for Sections 1 and 2 of CMSA's ICM Training Program.  The Foundation is pleased to announce the 2013 sponsorship recipients:
