Annual Conference Hotel Scam

Although registration for CMSA's 23rd Annual Conference & Expo will not launch until late January, conference scam companies are targeting past attendees and exhibitors as well as confirmed 2013 exhibitors, posing as the "official lodging coordinator" for the conference.

CMSA and its service partners DO NOT solicit lodging reservations via telephone or fax. Instead, exhibitors and attendees have always been asked to coordinate their own lodging reservations directly through CMSA’s official conference hotels.

Please be on the lookout for full conference details and registration launch within the next few weeks. We strongly suggest that you DO NOT provide your credit card information to anyone other than the official hotel reservation staff at one of CMSA’s designated hotels.
