What are you waiting for?

Members save $300+! Deadline to register with Early Bird Discount is March 15th.

Are you an organization interested in face-to-face engagement with 1,000+ case managers? Check out our sponsorship and exhibit opportunities!

Are you curious how your case manager's salary and benefits compare to colleagues nationwide? We are too!

As part of CMSA's State of the Industry survey series conducted annually, the Salary & Trends focus was last completed in 2022. As we move to a post-health emergency world, it will be insightful to see the state of the professional practice of case management two years later!

To have the most comprehensive information available, CMSA has teamed up with the Case Management Institute (CMI) to conduct the Case Management Salary and Trends Survey.

Regardless of practice setting, area of expertise, or years of experience, we invite all case managers to contribute to this significant body of research. Please allow 5 minutes to complete the survey.

Participate for a chance to win a $50 gift card and receive a special sneak peek of the final results. Be sure to include your name and email to be entered.

"Stop Telling Me About Self-Care!" Case Managers and Self-Care Fatigue

Wednesday, March 27 at 12 p.m. Eastern

Pre-Approved CEs: 1 Hour RN and CCM

The ever-increasing demands of the healthcare industry, whether one works in-patient or out-patient, in the acute or chronic setting, can make the concept of self-care seem hollow and out of reach. With a critical eye, participants will explore the idea of self-care and how it came to prominence. Common self-care strategies will be reviewed, as will their efficacy in the modern working lives of case managers. The presentation will unpack the healthcare delivery system and the ways in which it promotes self-care of staff while simultaneously imposing barriers that can thwart sustainable self-care practices.

Presenter: Sarah Stevenson, LICSW, NSW-C, CCM

Free to members. $40 for non-members.
