Each October, CMSA proudly leads the national celebration of Case Management Week. The initiative was born from our mission to recognize and elevate the vital role of case managers in advancing quality care and honors the professionals who bring compassion, expertise, and innovation to every corner of healthcare. This year, #CMWeek2025 was more than a week. It was a movement.
From inspiring stories of compassion in action to rich discussions on equity, access, and collaboration, this year’s celebration reflected the heart of what case managers do best: lead change, bridge gaps, and make a difference, one person, one family, one community at a time.
Even as the official week comes to a close, the energy continues. Case management isn’t a single moment or milestone. It’s an ongoing commitment to improving lives and shaping systems that deliver better care for all.
If you missed any of this month’s events, there’s still time to catch up on the recordings and earn your CEs. Non-members have access through the end of the month, and CMSA members enjoy unlimited access year-round.
To every case manager, thank you for your dedication, your advocacy, and your unwavering belief in the power of coordinated, compassionate care. You are the heartbeat of healthcare, innovating, advocating, and celebrating the best of what it means to serve.
As we close out October, let’s carry that spirit forward into every patient interaction, every professional challenge, and every opportunity to make a difference, because case management doesn’t stop when the celebration ends. It begins anew every day.
And don’t forget, there’s still time to play the #CMWeek2025 Treasure Hunt through October 31! Engage and explore for a chance to win cash prizes and gain resources to support your practice.
