After exclusive early access for CMSA Case Management Week participants, the Novice Pathways Course: The Scope of Practice for Professional Case Managers is now officially open to all! 
 
This self-paced, on-demand online course provides a comprehensive look at the scope, standards, and real-world application of professional case management practice. Designed for both new and experienced professionals, it clarifies the ethical and practical boundaries of the role while strengthening the skills essential for effective care coordination, advocacy, and quality improvement. 
 
Through five engaging modules and an interactive format, participants will:

  1. Define and apply the scope of practice for professional case managers. 
  2. Implement the guiding principles and philosophy of case management. 
  3. Navigate the complete case management process—from assessment and planning to monitoring and evaluation.
