Develop stronger client/patient interaction and communication skills through practical exercises in motivational interviewing and real-life scenarios.

Gain crucial insights into the CARES Act, relevant regulatory bodies, reimbursement methods, workers' compensation, and the unique approaches of the VA, military, and DoD.
