We're Off to a Great Start

What a great first day, filled with our pre-conference excursions for both Catalina Island and the historic Queen Mary. Our Catalina group enjoyed the beautiful sights, and sounds as well as a great, educational session "Professional in the Workplace and Ethical Practice." Likewise, our Queen Mary attendees were able to step back in history with a guided tour and lunch, as well as a presentation from the Captain, and an educational session "Care Management in the Air and on the Sea." The fun didn’t stop there with a packed pre-conference session "Insights to Enhancing Transitions and Quality of Care with our Senior Population", leading right into our First-time attendee and public-policy reception. An excellent way to start off what is to be a great week for all!

What's on Tap for Tuesday?

Join us at 8:30 a.m. for the CMSA Annual Membership Meeting for the unveiling of the newly revised CMSA Standards of Practice for Case Management. Afterward, join your peers for some lively discussion at the Grab a Lunch Networking Sessions, sponsored by Angel MedFlight and Allsup. Our keynote speakers, Josh Luke, FACHE, and Eric Coleman, MD, MPH, AGSF, will take the stage at 1:15 to discuss transition of care methodologies in their talk "Leadership and Coordination Beyond the Hospital to the Community."
