The AFib Support Team presentation, sponsored by sanofi-aventis U.S. LLC, is intended to provide valuable insights on the need for comprehensive management and education about atrial fibrillation (AFib).
A primary goal of the AFib Support Team is to provide health care providers with the information and tools needed to improve their patients’ understanding of AFib as a serious and chronic disease.
In addition, strategies to improve outcomes through a productive patient dialogue are highlighted. This presentation is designed specifically for registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who manage the treatment of patients with AFib.
