Dawn: The most impactful moment was listening to the gentleman yesterday during the Dear World presentation when he was talking about being a "ditch-digger," how his wife went into early labor, and how he had to rely on Medicaid. I think there’s a lot of stigma for people who have to rely on the social safety nets, and it just goes to show that not everyone becomes a lifetime user of those resources. 

Tracy: I’ve been impacted by meeting the attendees from other chapters and learning how they’re managing financial risk.

Tracy: We’ve invested quite a lot in website allocation and upgrading it to make it more current and user-friendly. Our educational events are all right there [on the site], and we added PayPal, so everything is now virtual and via snail mail. It’s been a great investment, and we’re actually budgeting so we can make the site responsive so it can be easily accessed on any device. We’re definitely raising the bar!

Dawn: We’ve also been really pushing the use of social media to get the message out, so that’s helped drive traffic to our site as well.
