The CLTA is pleased to welcome Orange Coast Title Company of Northern California as a new California Land Title Association member. The new member application was approved by the CLTA Board of Governors at its November meeting. Orange Coast Title Company of Northern California is headquartered in Sacramento and is licensed to conduct business in 16 counties in California.

The CLTA Board of Governors, at its November 1, 2012 meeting, elected Dia Demmon, Senior Vice President, California State Manager, North American Title Company, Inc. to the 2011-2014 Board term.
