In finding your next sales leader, experience isn’t always key; 10 years of experience may just be one year of bad experience, repeated 10 times. To hire and develop effective sales people, you’ll need to not only identify what success looks like and precisely what kind of person you’re looking for in your role, but you will also need to uncover potential, coach for success, and keep your salesforce engaged.

The Emerging Leaders program is a structured, rotating four-year course of study and activities that centers around four key partners in our association: Manufacturers, Distributors, Independent Representatives, and Contractors.

The program, which is designed to promote the growth of future industry leaders, is now open for applications.

The first meeting is May 14, 2018 at Rulon International’s facility. Sign up now to claim your spot!
