eSUB Construction Software Releases COVID-19 Toolkit
As the ramifications of COVID-19 disrupt business operations worldwide at a scale that is massive and ever changing, eSUB, the leading provider of field to office collaboration for the trades, released the COVID-19 Emergency Preparedness Toolkit. Designed for trade contractors to download and implement into their own teams, the COVID-19 Toolkit is a replication of what was deployed successfully at eSUB to guide operations through daily policy and protocol updates, and transition teams to implementing communication tools enabling remote work options.
“At eSUB, we’re experiencing this dramatic change in real time just like everyone else. Fortunately, as a cloud company, we already utilized many tools to enable a remote workforce, but that didn’t address the social and cultural ramifications of having to pivot operations practically overnight,” says Wendy Rogers, president and CEO of eSUB Construction Software. “We developed these resources and then thought, hey wait, if it worked for us, it will probably work for others. It’s our way of paying it forward to our beloved trades, and gaining trust that we’re here to partner not just in success, but also in tumultuous times.”
The COVID-19 Toolkit includes guidance on COVID19 facts and legislative action; how to set up an internal communications team, and how often they should communicate. Also included is high level training on how to implement quick win tools that optimize operations from remote locations. Many of these tools companies already have access to, but don’t understand how take initial steps to deploy. In addition, for all trade contractors, eSUB is also offering free, no strings attached, online consultation sessions with our technical experts on how to choose and deploy the communication tools that make the most sense for your operations.
For current eSUB Users, eSUB is offering virtual eSUB Academy training sessions at no charge. With trade contractors’ offices transitioning to remote work, and jobsites moving at a slower pace due to social distancing, this time can be leveraged to get practical training on how to optimize the eSUB platform, and streamline internal and external communications and operations. These 1-hour sessions will be recorded so that teams can watch them on-demand.
The toolkit and training sessions are available here on the company’s website.
