Nathan Crum is the
Executive Vice President at Valley Pacific Petroleum Services, Inc. (www.vpps.net ) Growing up in Stockton, Nathan
attended BYU, graduating with a major in Economics and a minor in Korean (after
serving as a Christian missionary for two years in South Korea). He went to
work in Intel’s Microprocessor Design Group until 2002. Graduating from UC
Davis with a finance MBA, he then went back to work for the family business.
After years serving as corporate Risk Manager, HR Director, and Chief Financial
Officer, he now runs the company’s Logistics Division.
Nathan and his wife Callie have 4 children (ages 16, 14, 10, and 8). Nathan has served as Scoutmaster (Troop 198) for 8 years, and on the Boy Scouts of America (Greater Yosemite Council) Board of Directors for 12 years. Nathan’s hobbies include competing in triathlons. In 2012, he completed the Oceanside 70.3 mile "half-ironman" triathlon in a time of 7:39:15.
Valley Pacific has served the central valley since 1947 and now delivers fuel to farmers, trucking companies, and gas stations from Chico to the Grapevine, and from Santa Maria to San Jose.
