CIOMA Applauds Assemblyman Vince Fong
CIOMA would like to thank Assemblyman Vince Fong for taking
the time to learn about the convenience industry first-hand.
On August 2, Asm. Vince Fong visited Countryside Market and Restaurant in Bakersfield California to talk with convenience store employees and operators. Asm. Fong was trained in various operations and saw real experiences of everyday industry professionals. CIOMA applauds Asm. Fong for taking the time to experience the convenience industry from a new perspective and connecting with industry professionals. In a time of growing regulatory burden in the state, lawmakers who reach out and support small businesses, like Asm. Fong should be commended for their service to their constituents.
