California's Upcoming Tobacco Bans

There are upcoming bans on tobacco products in California. If you live, work, operate, or are located within any of the areas listed below, CIOMA needs your immediate help in stopping these ordinances from advancing any further. Make your presence and voice heard! 

This is an all-hands-on-deck effort. Your help was critical last year in defeating SB 1400, which would have prohibited C-Stores from selling tobacco products. Now, they are taking even worse tobacco bans and attacks on your business from city to city to ultimately stop your customers from purchasing legal products. We urge you to attend and OPPOSE these extreme tobacco bans. Hearing dates and additional information is provided below.
