Meet a 2015 CIOMA Board Member

Mike is the President of Downs Energy based in Corona.  The company operates five CFN and Pacific Pride cardlocks and two bulk plants in the Inland Empire. Mike has previously served on the CFN Advisory Council since its inception in 1993, and served as its chairman in 2002 and was a founding director of the CFN Participants Association.  He served two terms on the Board of Directors, in the roles of Secretary and most recently as President in 2012-2013.  Mike has served on the CIOMA Board of Directors since 2012.

Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1988.  He is active in Northpoint Evangelical Free Church of Corona, and serves on the Board of Directors for California Inland Empire Council - Boy Scouts of America, The Monday Morning Group, and Friends of Temescal.
