Like his brother Ron, Tom Van De Pol grew up in the family’s petroleum business. After college, Tom started his career in the family business in 1986. Over the years, he has held many roles such as lubricants delivery, sales, purchasing & inventory management, operations and marketing.
Tom was first elected to the CIOMA board in 2009, then to the Executive Committee in 2014.
Tom and his wife Jenny live in Stockton with their two sons, Peter & Jack, and faithful basset hound Lily.
