Welcome CIOMA's New Hire

CIOMA is delighted to announce that we have filled one of our open positions.  Catherina "Trina" Isidro joined CIOMA as the new Director of Operations, Member and Program Services on December 2, 2014.  In her role as Director of Operations, Member and Program Services, she will be responsible for following:

• Marketing and promotion of the association and programs to both members and non-members;
• Serve membership through education, member service programs, website and social media;
• Develop and manage membership retention and growth program to include dues and sponsorships;
• Develop and manage membership, services, advertising and marketing budgets for membership activities;
• Manage all membership services endorsed programs;
• Coordinate membership communications;
• Work in collaboration with the government relations and convention departments on projects, and other areas to serve the membership.

Trina’s professional background includes more than 11 years of experience in the private and non-profit sectors that have provided her a strong knowledge of the legislative process. She has extensive experience in the implementation of various membership programs and services for associations and for legislators and legislatures of 13 Western states. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and has vast knowledge in event planning, contracts administration as well as fund development.
