Spotlight Award Winner - Lindsay Plath, Illinois Association of School Business Officials (Education Programs Committee)

"I became involved in MPI last year because I wanted to expand my network and give back to the local meetings/events community. I have experienced so many memorable moments over the last year – from attending events, connecting with new colleagues and contributing to two awesome committees – it has been an exciting and enriching year."

Spotlight Award Winner - Michelle Dallas, Turnaround Management Association (Annual Awards Recognition Committee)

"I've been a member on and off since I was a baby planner in school at Kendall College 12 years ago. It was my first real networking experience that introduced me to the top professionals of our industry on a level playing field. I recently rejoined last year in search of connections to build my corporate event network ... then I was put to work right away on the Annual Awards Recognition Celebration Committee! This spotlight is pretty exciting! I'm also loving the collaboration and creativity that comes from being on a committee. The 2020 AARC is going to be amazing!"

Editor’s Note: Formerly known as Engaged Member of the Month, the Spotlight Award honors committee members who have really been an all-star on their committee.
