Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, Carly graduated Magna Cum Laude from Carroll University in Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Her background encompasses non-profit, volunteer and association experience in Wisconsin and Chicagoland area-based organizations. Specifics of her background include: the Carroll University Theatre and Arts Management Office, where she was administrative support for the office, and the College of Arts and Science Recruitment program. She held internships with the La Grange Business Association, where she helped to manage all social media accounts and planned weekly social media postings. Much of her non-profit backgrounds come from cancer-research fundraising and advocacy organizations on both the administrative support and volunteer sides. These experiences include working for The H Foundation (a non-profit organization that raises money for the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University), where she assisted the executive director with planning the annual fundraiser "The Goombay Bash,” and managed more than 100 volunteers on the day of the event. On the volunteer side of non-profits, she’s held progressive volunteer leadership offices with the Carroll University Colleges Against Cancer, an organization that planned the campus’ annual Relay for Life.

When not in the office, Carly enjoys spending time with her large, extended family and trying new recipes. An avid sports fan, you can usually find Carly tracking her football fantasy league team stats on Sundays. She is excited to join the MPI-CAC community and cannot wait to get started!
