Why is February the shortest month?

The Romans believed that even numbers were unlucky, hence the length of the months in Pompilius’ calendar alternated between 29 or 31 days. However, the length of the calendar year meant that the final month – February – was left with only 28.

There are actually a lot of superstitions/unlucky beliefs that many of our patients believe about the feet.

A fairly common belief was if you dropped toe nail cuttings onto the floor or ground then you would be forced to pick them up when you die. I really hope that isn’t true! Maybe we should burn toenails for good luck?!

However, no matter what suspensions we believe in, remember “Life always begins with one step outside of your comfort zone.” Let’s achieve amazing things this month!
