Ruth Avelino, D.Ch. & Jonathan Haslehurst D.Ch.

Ruth Avelino and Jonathan Haslehurst opened their first clinic in 1999 in Burlington, Ontario. As the clinic grew, it became obvious that a second clinic was needed. In 2010 they open their second clinic in Milton, Ontario.

By 2017 the Milton office had become too small and a new larger location was needed. In 2018 the College of Chiropodist of Ontario implemented new regulations surrounding HyProCure, requiring intraoperative x-rays. As a result, this would require a larger office to accommodate the x-ray equipment. In 2018 Ruth and Jonathan moved to a large 6 treatment room clinic with a dedicated surgical suite.

In 2020 it was decided to close the Burlington office...and then COVID....Medical Foot Solutions is one of only three clinics in Ontario that are performing the HyProCure procedure.
