The U.S. Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency offers a no-cost, voluntary, non-technical assessment to evaluate an organization’s operational resilience and practices. The review may be conducted as a self-assessment or as an on-site assessment facilitated by Department of Homeland Security cybersecurity professionals. The Cyber Resilience Review assesses enterprise practices and procedures across a range of 10 domains including risk management, incident management, service continuity and others. While 2020 and 2021 brought uncertainty, 2022 is the year for the pizzeria industry to forge new paths, said Bill Oakley, show director for the International Pizza Expo that was held March 22-24 in Las Vegas. For many, ingredient supply could not meet consumer demand, as pizza — pickup and delivery — became a staple for many households.

As a dry summer looms, California Gov. Gavin Newsom ordered water suppliers across California to step up their local drought responses, but fell short of requiring water rationing or setting a statewide conservation target.  

The California Legislature is in the throes of legislative policy committee hearings. Both the Senate and the Assembly have until April 29 to move bills with a fiscal impact to the Appropriations Committees. Bills without a fiscal impact have until May 6 to be moved out of policy committees and to the floors of each house.
