California’s State Water Resources Control Board has extended by two weeks the public comment deadline for the latest, fully revised July 19, 2013 draft of the Statewide NPDES General Permit for Storm Water Discharges from Industrial Activities. Comments are now due by noon on September 12, 2013, following the formal public hearing before the State Water Board which was scheduled for August 21.
