Last week, CLFP hosted processor members for our Annual Lobby Day. This event gives our members the opportunity to spend the day at the State Capitol and lobby on important issues with their local Legislators. The day was filled with meetings and presentations which provided attendees with important background information regarding pertinent regulations and bills that affect the food processing industry. We covered important topics ranging from recycling to ultraprocessed foods, to workplace surveillance.
