Speakers addressed a variety of pertinent topics including Brian Biering of Ellison, Schneider & Harris providing an update on the Cap-and-Trade utility allowance allocation proceedings for EITE facilities and CLFP’s Rob Neenan addressing proposed regulations by CalRecyle for compostable materials. Maurice Roos (pictured here) from the California Department of Water Resources, who has more than 50 years of California water industry experience, provided a comprehensive California water supply forecast.
