The 2013 Blue Tech Valley Water Conference

An upcoming conference will focus on water conservation in the agriculture and food processing sectors.  The Blue Tech Valley Water Conference will be held May 1 & 2 at the Clovis Veterans Memorial Building in Clovis, Calif.  The purpose of the conference is to present and discuss new innovations, developments, and trends relating to water issues in the food industry.   Key topics will include water conservation, emerging technologies, and water sustainability metrics.  Featured speakers include representatives from the Center for Irrigation Technology at Fresno State University, University of California, and several food companies.  In addition to the presentations, industry case studies will be presented, and there will be a networking reception and company showcase.  To view the program agenda, register for the conference, or to obtain more information, visit the Blue Tech Valley Conference website at: www.btvwaterconference.com.
