Expo Workshops to Provide Critical Updates for Food Processors

Food Processing Expo 2022 will provide a day and half of educational sessions covering a broad array of topics of current interest to the food industry, including COVID-19, The Circular Economy and Food Packaging Recycling, Meeting New Groundwater Nitrate Limitations for Wastewater Land Application Operations and Robotics and Automation in the Food Industry. In addition, a Food Processing Facility Sanitation Workshop will be held the day before the Expo on Monday, February 14. The workshop is being sponsored by the Safe Food Alliance. For more information, click here.

Some are predicting a bright future for the food and beverage industry in 2022 (see article in Industry News in this newsletter). You will want to spend some time on the Expo show floor to learn from exhibitors how industry suppliers can help you meet your needs in what is expected to be banner year.

The Expo will be held February 15-16 at the Safe Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento (formerly the Sacramento Convention Center).
