Don’t Miss California’s Largest Food Processing Trade Show; Early Registration Ends December 20!

Food Processing Expo 2020 will offer a fresh, innovative take on this classic show and will be held in a new location in Santa Clara, February 12-13. Register by this Friday, December 20, and take advantage of early pricing for both CLFP processor and affiliate members.

The Expo is California’s largest food processing trade show and is must-attend event for all facets of California’s expansive food processing industry. Registration includes access to the expansive trade show floor and also multiple complimentary workshops to help you improve and grow your business! 

Workshop topics include food labeling regulations, food safety, cyber security, new labor regulations, plant-based foods and tips for integrating automation and robotics into your operation. A workshop on "Finding Product Development and Testing Help" will be conducted by Barb Stuckey, a well-known food business development expert with Mattson.

Keynote Speakers
The Expo Kickoff Breakfast Speaker is Phil Kafarakis, president of the Specialty Foods Association. You also don't want to miss the Food Processing Technology Breakfast Keynote Speaker Dr. Ken Goldberg, an internationally known expert on robotics and artificial intelligence.

Technology Showcase
A Food Processing Technology and Innovation Showcase will be held for the first time on the Expo show floor and will be an excellent place for food processors to meet with cutting-edge researchers and innovators who are striving to solve a wide range of technical and operations problems facing food processors. The participants in the Showcase will include technology incubator organizations, startup companies looking to partner with industry, engineering and food science faculty from five universities, and researchers with the California Energy Commission. These organizations can help you find new solutions to issues related to food safety, water conservation, energy use, data management, automation and product development.

New Booth Selection Process for Exhibitors
CLFP members receive a discount on booth registration. In addition, CLFP is offering a new procedure for booth selections for the 2021 Expo, providing an advantage to companies who exhibit at both the 2019 Expo in Sacramento and the 2020 Expo in Santa Clara. Hotel Reservations
To obtain the CLFP Expo rate, you need to make your reservations at most participating hotels by mid-January.
