Free Food Safety Classes for Food Processors in June

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) will offer two free food safety classes for food processors in June. A one-day class regarding allergen control will be offered on June 11, and a class regarding Good Manufacturing Practices will be held on June 12. Both classes will be held on the Fresno State University campus.
