UC Davis to Hold First Cooking Class Fundraiser

Graduate students in the UC Davis Department of Food Science & Technology (FST) are hosting their first-ever fundraising dinner called "Cooking Class" at the Robert Mondavi Institute on Saturday, August 26. Leading the event will be Chef Irene Yim, an FST graduate student and a graduate of the California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco. The event will feature an evening (5 pm to 8 pm) of hands-on cooking for a great cause. Proceeds will support graduate student company tours, scholarships, student activities and opportunities for professional development. Tickets are $65.00. Click here to register,
