Upcoming UC Davis Course for Acidified Food Processors

UC Davis will conduct an Acidified Foods Manufacturing School course for food processors on September 18. The course is a blended version of the traditional in-person Better Process Control School. Participants take Segment 1 online through North Carolina State University, and then complete a one-day, hands-on laboratory/demo day at UC Davis on September 18. The course uses a new manual and is specifically designed for smaller processors. Registration closes on August 7.
