CIA Business School Director to Speak at CLFP Annual Meeting

CLFP will hold its 2017 Annual Board of Directors Meeting April 20-21 in Sonoma at The Lodge at Sonoma Renaissance Resort & Spa. The meeting will feature several dynamic speakers.

Will Rosenzweig, dean and executive director of the Culinary Institute of America’s (CIA) Food Business School, will speak about the school and its programs at the meeting. Other speakers include Dr. Elizabeth Laderman from the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco who will provide an "Overview of Economic Conditions." A presentation on "The California Public Utilities Commission’s New Strategic Energy Management Program for Food Processors" will be given by Sergio Dias, Sergio Dias Consulting; Peter Therkelsen, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory; and Kay Hardy, California Public Utilities Commission.

During the meeting the board also will elect CLFP’s 2017-18 officers and Executive Committee.
