In January 2017, President Chris Sherlock stepped down from his position as Lambda Chapter president and Provincial Chapter representative for Communications. Our Board reached out to Luanne Sutherland, Lambda Chapter past President to search for a replacement. After emails to the membership and no takers, Luanne has agreed to step in for this year to see Lambda represented.

It has been a whirlwind getting back with the board as your Chapter Rep. The board has been working hard on the new work book and text for the 4th edition release and have worked hard on getting the numerous updates included.

The theme of this year’s conference is "Measuring Success and Quality". The 150thAnniversary will be celebrated as well. Members attending will be encouraged to bring red and white items to show their Canadian spirit!

I have attended two board meetings by Teleconference. I was welcomed back onto the Board and am now working on the Communications portfolio with board member Stephenie Naugler. We will work together to get the Newsletter out for July 2017.
