Membership Campaign

MEMBERSHIP CAMPAIGN

On May 1st CSAO launched a membership campaign with the goal of recruiting 100 NEW members by June 30th. At the end of June we recruited 51 new members. Although we did not reach our goal of 100, we are thrilled with 51 new members. We have much to offer MDRTs, and with thousands of MDRTs in the province the opportunity is there to grow our membership making CSAO a leader in representing our professionals in the Province of Ontario.

Three initiatives were launched. The chance to win an iPad Mini for new members joining CSAO for the first time, the chance to win an iPad Mini for CSAO members who refer new members and two conference registrations to the chapter that increases their membership by the largest percentage with a minimum of recruiting 15 new members. The winners of the iPad Mini will be drawn on July 31.

The results of the Chapter Membership Drive are as follows:

None of the Chapters met the minimum requirement of 15 new members so there will be no award of two conference registrations. We’d like to thank all the Chapters that actively recruited new members and encourage you to continue in the recruitment efforts.

In the initiative for members referring new members Tim Horton gift cards were also an incentive for this effort. The following members will receive a $10.00 Tim Horton gift card for referring new members: Manon Therrien Pinto referred four new members, Luanne Sutherland referred three new members and the following members referred two new members: Al Scott, Denise Bosnjak, Ewa Szlachta, Marie Savaria and Tammy Bennardo.

We’d like to extend our thanks to all members who supported this campaign. Please continue to advocate and recruit new members. As we advocate for the deserved recognition of the role MDRD has in positive patient outcomes having a strong membership base will only enhance our reputation among health care leaders.
