From MDRAO ETA Members “Why I want to attend the MDRAO Conference 2019”

Brenda Gnanasegaram: Since 2014, I keep attending MDRAO meetings and conferences. So far, I learned a lot and met MDRAO professionals having good network with them. I don't want to miss any opportunities to learn and improve my knowledge in my field of medical device reprocessing. I'm so eager to be attending the conference

Cheryl Fedosenko: I love to learn. Any opportunity to increase my knowledge to be able to deliver safer patient care is important to me. I am able to attend and look forward to this opportunity.

Dawn Vessel: It would be of great pleasure to attend this conference because it would allow me to collaborate and bring forward new and refreshed, innovative learning practices to my department. This opportunity will also allow me to meet new individuals; this interaction with others would spark new inspirational ideas from everyone. Going to these conferences can be very rewarding and fun. It can add a layer of enjoyment to managing each of our careers in a way that we can each grow by mixing a social aspect into our learning. If I was chosen, I would be able to attend.

Desiree Edwards: I would like the opportunity to attend a conference and learn more about the industry and meet other members of MDRAO. I’m also interested in seeing what vendors will be there.

Jennifer Richardson: I enjoy attending the conference because I gain fresh knowledge from the different presenters each year.  I also enjoy the interaction of the different MDR Techs from different hospitals of Ontario and other provinces. It’s an amazing experience that I look forward and enjoy each and every conference.

Leona Houle: I am looking forward to learning more and staying current on new trends

Laurie Schwemlein: It has been a few years since I have attended the conference, and this being the an anniversary year, I would really like to attend

Mary Shane Soliven: To further educate myself and obtain a broader knowledge that relates to MDRD. A great way to know and connect with people in my filed. To improve self-confidence and communication. To have fun.

Maryann Raj: If selected this will be my very first time to attend, I had always been interested in learning, meeting people and keep myself updated on what’s new on MDR. So far, I only attended the Education Day, for which I was grateful because I met new friends as well as learned a lot from the speakers. I had encouraged my colleagues to be members of MDRAO so we can all learn from each other.

From MDRAO ETA Members “What I find out about MDRAO Conference 2019”

Maryann Raj: Hi all. A very warm and huge congratulations! The 3-day conference was a big success. I want to say thank you so very much for picking my name to attend the conference. I came alone and left with many friends from Alberta, Timmins, Walkerton to name a few. I have learned so much and will certainly share with my colleagues; hope this is just the start of my learning experience, more to come God willing! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

Other Members: They all said it was beautiful and very educational. All agreed it is a successful conference.

Thank you to all MDRAO executives who put together and made the conference so that all delegates from near and far left with a big smile on their face and new knowledge to share with their colleagues.
