SIGMA Chapter Report

 
The Sigma Chapter was excited to give back to our members by sending a few randomly selected members to attend this years’ 2017 MDRAO Conference that was held in Toronto.  As always, the conference was a great success and well enjoyed! 
 
Between now and the end of this year, the Sigma Chapter will be inviting members to join us on local site visits, which will include an MDR Department tour as well as a brief meeting that will help us to educate members and launch new ideas. Stay tuned for more details on dates and locations.
 
In the months of October and November, our Sigma chapter plans to connect through social media. This will be an exciting way to get to know our members as well as future prospective members.  We hope to be able to educate and inform as well as share ideas and get to know our MDR community. 
 
Currently, we have 70 members within our Sigma Chapter. We are always welcoming new members and would like to thank our existing members for enthusiasm and dedication. We would also like to acknowledge Medical Device Reprocessing Week and thank everyone involved in our profession.
