The 2015 CSAO Conference ‘Partnering for Success: Raising the Bar in MDR’ is scheduled for September 13-15, 2015, at the International Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre in Toronto, ON. An exciting acquisition to the two-day Conference begins with our Keynote Speaker-CFL Legend and Toronto Argonauts Vice-Chairman: Michael "Pinball’ Clemons! Pinball’s talk centres on the potential for each of us to achieve anything we set our minds to. He shows audiences how to put heart into everything they do. Not only does Pinball exemplify qualities of personal excellence, he believes in teamwork and community leadership. Chris Sherlock and I encourage all of our members to log onto the CSAO website and find out more about this exciting conference! We also encourage members to ‘spread the word’ to all MDR Technicians to join CSAO and find out more about this eventful year!

Also, a reminder in relation to this year’s (2014-2015) constitutional changes which voting will take place at the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. (1700 hrs.) via OTN/Teleconference instead of the Monday afternoon at our September Annual Conference. Your Chapter will have more information regarding locations shortly.   

Chris and I wish everyone a fabulous Easter with family and friends! Don’t forget to mark your calendars for September 13-15, 2015, in Toronto, ON. This is a great time for all MDR professionals to network and develop new memories!
