Unfortunately, this past president’s report will only cover the time elapsed since September 14, 2010 and as a result it will be a very brief and uneventful testimony.

Since my transition to the past president’s role I have dedicated much of my time to reviewing the conference evaluation forms; a very detailed report will be available in the near future. At this point in time, however, the evaluation forms (all 72 of them) indicate a very diverse assessment of our annual conference.

At the 2010 annual conference we introduced a new evaluation form which gave attendees the ability to rate each and every presentation and event -- from 1, being the lowest score, to 5. Unfortunately, we had a few 1's, which in my own opinion was a bit harsh, but on the brighter side we also had a lot of 5’s.

Based on the comments and scores the motivational speaker and her presentation were very well received and it should probably be considered an important element for our future conferences.
