The conference provided a great opportunity to meet everyone. I truly enjoyed meeting many members as well as Chapter executives with whom I have communicated via email in the past. Over my previous term as Director of Chapter Development, one of the projects I worked on was a yearly timeline of the various activities of Provincial and Chapter executives. I have finished a draft which will go out to the Provincial Executive for approval and will then be passed on to each of Chapter executive. I am confident this will prove to be a valuable resource for our new Executive members from each of the Chapters as they adapt to their new roles on the Provincial executive.

I have much to learn in regards to the VP position. At the next Executive meeting, we will be starting to plan next year's conference, so I’ll be jumping into my new role at that time. I look forward to all I’ll be learning and the challenges and opportunities that will come with it.
