Help Shape CDA's Future: Join Our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Task Group

We're looking for members who want to be part of something meaningful—building a more inclusive and welcoming dam engineering community where everyone's voice matters.

Our EDI Task Group is working to understand how we can better support all members and create opportunities for diverse perspectives to strengthen our profession. Right now, we're conducting a member survey to learn about your experiences and gather insights that will guide our path forward.

But surveys are just the beginning. We need thoughtful, committed members to help us turn those insights into action—whether that's developing resources, creating programs, or simply being part of important conversations about how we grow together as a community.
