Calling All Young Professionals - Shape the Future of Sustainable Dams

Here's an opportunity you don't want to miss! ICOLD's Young Professionals Forum and Dams & Sustainability Group are looking for motivated young professionals to join their working groups. This isn't just volunteering—it's a chance to work alongside international experts, gain mentorship, and actually influence the future direction of sustainable dam development.

They're looking for people to fill three key roles: helping develop sustainability standards and gap analysis, working on GHG emissions databases and methodologies, and managing the D&S documentation centre. Each position offers unique learning opportunities and the chance to contribute meaningfully to work that matters.

Up to two young professionals will be selected for each role. If you have experience in sustainability, life cycle assessment, or documentation management—or if you're passionate about learning—this could be your chance to make a real impact while building your international network.
